Invoice Checker/Processor Required/ Petach Tikva

Our client, is an Israeli business in Petach Tikva that provides administrative and operational support to UK companies, predominantly belonging to freelance contractors.
 
Our Client issues weekly and monthly invoices on behalf of these clients, manages their bank accounts, collects their sales receipts, pays their salaries and dividends, and holds their taxes until they fall due, and then pays them.
 
We are currently looking to recruit an invoice checker and processor, whose duties include:
  • Processing invoices and expenses based on client instructions within Link systems
  • Verifying accuracy of invoices and expenses prepared by others
  • Providing telephone/e-mail support to clients’ queries
  • Liaison with various other departments, e.g.,: banking and debtor control departments
 
Prior experience preferable (not required).  In addition, training in our systems and operations will be provided.

Hours
Full time position; Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday from 8am to 2pm

  • IT literate, eg: EXCEL, Outlook, CRM systems is a plus
  • English mother tongue level, with preference for UK accent (not required), Hebrew is a plus
  • Good communication skills, both via telephone and with email
