Bilingual English/Hebrew Office Manager

Managing day to day office operations, incl:
  • Booking hotels, flights, arranging meetings
  • Managing office correspondence
  • Greeting guests
  • Filing  reports
In addition, possible duties:
  • Buying office supplies
  • Some HR responsibilities
Requirements:
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word.
Bilingual speaker of English and Hebrew, must have very good writing/ email skills
