BI-LINGUAL PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN RA'ANANA

 To provide administrative support to the Director of global resource department:
•       Maintaining the Director's diary; organizing meetings and assisting in preparation for meetings
•       Assisting in planning and organizing all logistics for overseas fundraising trips
•       Inputting and organizing information (in data base and/or excel) regarding donors and donations, providing reports and performing other general administrative tasks associated with donors stewardship and fundraising including creating lists for mailings and e-mailings
•       Managing the department’s office and office systems, including the department accounts and budgets, filing etc. - liaising often with the accounting department
•       Being the first point of contact for the department directing all communications to the appropriate team member
•       Coordinating logistics for visits from overseas donors, and tasks for department volunteers
Skills Needed:
·        Very high degree of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook); previous experience in finances and/or with fundraising data base programs is an advantage
·        Fully Bi-lingual, English and Hebrew (speak, read & write/translate)
·        Excellent organizational skills; thorough, pedant, detail oriented attitude
·        High interpersonal skills
·        Ability to manage time and complete multiple activities simultaneously within a time frame
·        Capability to learn fast and adapt to new organizational environment
